2017 Rosé – Limited Release

$21.95 per bottle

A mild summer and late vintage allowed the Grenache grapes in this Rosé to reach their full flavour potential while maintaining fresh acidity. A spicy, dry style wine, our Estate Rosé is made in the fashion of the great wines from Provence in Southern France, not overtly sweet but more savoury, showing bright upfront fruit characters and amazing length. A perfect wine to enjoy on a warm afternoon as an aperitif or as a compliment to Asian inspired cuisines. A wine that always leaves you wanting to enjoy a second glass!

2017 Estate Rosé

Baddaginnie Run Rosé has been crafted in the style of the renowned wines of Provence in Southern France. Fruit is handpicked in the cool of the morning, then cold pressed gently, using traditional Champagne pressing techniques to preserve classical Grenache flavours. The minimal skin contact leaves a very delicate rose pink hue. The juice was then tank fermented at ambient temperatures to enhance the fresh character of the wine. The resulting Rosé displays an attractive pale apple blossom pink profile, with aromas of fresh red berries, toffee apple and spring flowers. Delicate flavours of wild strawberry play effortlessly on the palate ahead of a fine and refreshing finish. Food Match Wonderful as an aperitif on long summer evenings and ideal with simply flavoured dishes like fish or chicken and with Italian and Asian cuisines. Alc/Vol 13% Drink now to 2019

  • Replacing native bio-corridors restores healthy ecosystems
  • Healthy ecosystems enable wines to express distinctive terroir flavours
  • Reinvesting returns from quality wines enables more land restoration
