Welcome

Welcome to Baddaginnie Run, the award winning wines produced by the Seven Sisters Vineyard.

Running through the vines

The Seven Sisters Vineyard is located in a beautiful corner of north-eastern Victoria, nestled in the foothills of Victoria's Strathbogie Ranges. Our family has inhabited this land for 130 years and has seen generations of family work together to create the wonderful property that exists today.

The fine character of our vineyard is a product of our deep commitment to our land, the environment, our family and friends and to the local community. The exceptional quality of our wine is derived from our singular joy in nurturing our vines!

Our wines are made exclusively from grapes grown on the carbon neutral Seven Sisters Vineyard.

We produce three varietals which are particularly compatible to the Strathbogie Ranges terroir – Verdelho, Merlot and Shiraz.

Winsome McCaughey & Snow Barlow created the vineyard in 1996 on Winsome's ancestoral family property with assistance from Vineyard Manager Leonie Stevens. Together they used their various knowledge and skills to make the vineyard grow and propser.

As a boutique winery, our production is limited to around 1500 cases per annum, however there are several restaurants and retailers in Melbourne (and soon Sydney) in which you can enjoy our wines. If you are flying Business class on Air Canada you will be served either the 2002 or 2005 vintage of our Shiraz.

We conduct private, corporate and charity wine tastings with members of our family and team and have a membership program that provides great savings and special offers. Information on all of these services is in our orders page.

If you are just looking to purchase some for your home or cellar, you can order online here and with only a small cost, it can be delivered to your door within days.

We hope you will enjoy our Baddaginnie Run wines as much as we enjoyed creating them!
